- If you would like to register with KWSE member rate, please join us at kwse.or.kr. Please note that KWSE membership is limited to Korean nationals.
- Students from APNN member countries are exempt from the registration fee. However, they must register as students, submit an abstract, and present a poster. They are also invited to participate in the 2025 International Young Woman Scientist Camp.
- Undergraduate and graduate students (including those on leave) and early-career researchers who earned their degrees within the past 3 years are eligible for the YWS Camp. Proof of status (e.g., student ID or enrollment certificate) should be submitted when registering.
YWS Camp participants cannot present posters at BIEN 2025. To do so, they must register for BIEN 2025.
