Family Tickets for luncheon ($20) and farewell dinner ($40) can be purchased at the venue.
  • a) If you would like to register with KWSE member rate, please join us at kwse.or.kr. Please note that KWSE membership is limited to Korean nationals.
  • b) Students from APNN member countries are exempt from the registration fee. However, they must register as students, submit an abstract, and present a poster. They are also invited to participate in the 2025 International Young Woman Scientist Camp.
  • c) Participants in the YWS Camp are not allowed to present posters during BIEN 2025. Those who wish to present posters must complete a separate registration for BIEN 2025. Applicants registering for the YWS Camp must provide proof of student status (e.g., student ID or certificate of enrollment).
Registration Procedure
  • The online system works best using a PC with Internet Explorer. The site is not designed for use with tablet browsers, iPads, or Android Devices.
  • If you forget your ID and/or password or have not received the payment confirmation letter via email, don't hesitate to contact the secretariat (bien@kwse.or.kr).
