a) Members of KWSE are qualified for the member rate. If you would like to become a member of KWSE, please register at the KWSE website at www.kwse.or.kr.
b) If student participants submit abstracts, the registration fee is free.
c) Female students (senior undergraduates, graduates, postdoctoral/junior researchers) under the age of 35 are eligible for the YWS Camp. The camp participants should submit abstracts and deliver presentations.

The online system works best using a PC with Internet Explorer. The site is not designed for use with tablet browsers, iPads, or Android Devices.
※ If you forget your ID and/or password or have not received the payment confirmation letter via email, don't hesitate to contact the secretariat (bien@kwse.or.kr).
Registration Fee Includes
Online Participants: Admission to online sessions, online proceedings, registration gift
Offline Participants: Admission to online and offline sessions, registration gift, program book, online proceedings, luncheons, welcome reception, banquet
YWS Camp Offline Participants: Reimbursement for transportation fees, one-night lodging (Aug. 18)
Payment Method
Online Credit Card Payment
Payment by credit card is possible only through the on-line registration system.
The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
Wire Transfer
Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. Registrants must pay all bank charges for remittance.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail, withyouk@nate.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at bien@kwse.or.kr.
2. All refunds will be processed after the conference by bank transfer (The registrant is responsible for all bank charges).
