About KWSE

KWSE

The Association of Korean Woman Scientists and Engineers (KWSE) was founded in 1993 as the first association of women scientists and engineers in Korea. KWSE aims to empower scientific capability, build exchange networks, and uplift the status of women in academia, research institutes, and industry.

* INWES is a global network of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), reaching over 60 countries worldwide. KWSE has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2005 and produced the third and fourth presidents of INWES.
